Sunit K. Joshi hails from an extensive litigation background. After being called to the English Bar as a barrister in 1997, he continued his career in New York as an attorney and practised law within the human rights arena. His expansive portfolio encompasses litigating UK employment matters before various Employment Tribunals and litigating judical review and immigration matters before the United States Court of Appeals for various judical circuits.

Aiswarya Kamalasanan LLB

Aiswarya has completed her BL/LLB Law (Hons) from the reputed Kerala University of India. She has over five years of hard-earned experience of litigation, including legal affairs, practising as Advocate and preparing legal documents. Aiswarya is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Law (MBL) part-time. She has represented prominent clients in High Court, Civil Courts, Criminal Courts and Labour Courts. Aiswarya has long experience of drafting Case Papers for Citations of various legal proceedings such as Appeals, Plaints, Written Statements, Rejoinders, Affidavits and Written Arguments.

K M Satisha

Satish Katihalli LLB

Hailing from the Garden City of Bangalore, India, Satish studied BL/LLB Law (Hons) at the University of Mysore. He has been working as a legal practitioner and Advocate for over three years. He has gained significant law experience in employment-related litigation and the legal aspects of employer-employee relationship.

Rajkumari Jacob

V. Rajkumari Jacob LLB BA PGDHRM

Rajkumari is from the Southern Indian metropolis of Chennai. She is a polymath, with degrees in Law, the Arts and Human Resource Management, all from the neighbouring Pondicherry University. With almost a decade of bar experience behind her in areas such as employment law, family law, civil cases and criminal cases, she brings a great deal of maturity, insights and experience to the Tribunal Action team. She has special interest in employment law and is responsible for thoroughly checking many of the employment tribunal claims filed through us.
